Rail & Peg isn’t open yet. This page sets out how it is being built to look after your wardrobe, and what the waiting list keeps about you today.
What the waiting list keeps today
- Your first name, your email address and the colour you picked.
- Your answers to the four optional questions, if you give them.
- Where you came from: the campaign tag in the link you followed, and the name of the website that sent you, if there was one. Not your IP address.
It sits in a database in London that only we can read. The privacy notice has the detail, including how to have it deleted.
When Rail & Peg opens: where each thing will live

What we’ll never do
- Sell or rent your data, or trade it with anyone.
- Show you adverts, or put advertising trackers on the site or the app.
- Make your wardrobe public or searchable. There are no public profiles.
- Use your photos to train AI, or let anyone else do so.
Leaving
You’ll be able to download everything you’ve added in a single file, and to delete your account from inside the app. Deleting removes your wardrobe, photos and account, and you won’t need to write to us to make it happen.
Checking our work
Before the first member signs in, the setup will be tested by someone trying to read another account’s wardrobe and photos. Every promise on this page will be checked against the live system first, and the page updated if anything changes.
