The waiting list and your data.
This notice covers the Rail & Peg website and its waiting list. The app will have its own notice before it opens. Last updated 29 September 2026.
Who we are
Rail & Peg is run by Standard Consulting & Training Ltd (company number 16912584, registered office 39 Cogley Lane, Bingham, Nottingham NG13 8DE), which decides how your data is used. Under UK data protection law that makes us the controller. Our ICO registration number is ZC202636. You can reach us at hello@railandpeg.com.
What we collect, and why

Who else handles it
- Supabase hosts the database that holds the waiting list, in London.
- Vercel hosts the website. Vercel is a US company; it keeps short-lived server logs, including IP addresses, for security and to fix faults.
- Vercel Web Analytics counts visits to pages. It uses no cookies and doesn’t identify you.
- Twilio SendGrid will send the email telling you Rail & Peg is open.
Where one of these companies handles data outside the UK, it does so under safeguards approved for UK data. We don’t sell your details or share them with anyone else.
How long we keep it
Until Rail & Peg opens and you have had your invitation, then for twelve months if you don’t take up a place. If Rail & Peg doesn’t go ahead, we’ll delete the list and tell you. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold, have it corrected or deleted, withdraw your consent, or object to how we use it. Email hello@railandpeg.com and we’ll answer within a month. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.

This website sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device.
